Arthritis or rheumatism was in the past associated with old age but the sad truth is that arthritis affects men and women, children and (young) adults. About 60% of Americans who suffer from arthritis are women! Arthritis in simple terms can be defined as the inflammation of the joint(s), period.
Can arthritis be cured? Well, the answer is yes but it all depends on the individual because not everyone might respond to the same arthritis treatment.

Herbs are great for treating arthritis and more and more people are beginning to appreciate the efficacy of herbal remedies. Here are some herbs known to cure arthritis:
Devil's Claw: yes, the name sounds pretty weird but this herb is used for treating several health conditions that causes swelling and pains. Arthritis can be treated using devil's claw.

White willow bark: this herb has been used since time immemorial to reduce fever and swellings. This herb is known as a natural aspirin (the real McCoy).
2) Take A Bath In The Dead Sea
The Dead Sea water is known for curing arthritis and studies have shown that healing lasts up to three months. The Dead Sea contains a lot of potassium which is known for its curative powers especially in the treatment of arthritis. The ocean too is also known for its anti-arthritic properties as well, this is because the ocean contains potassium that equals the same concentration as blood.
3) Natural Cure For Arthritis
Eating lots of vegetables: when you take vegetable juices mixed with carrot, cucumber and beet will be beneficial in treating arthritis. Green salad and freshly squeezed lemon juice; cooking vegetables such as pumpkin, coriander, ginger, turmeric and asafoetida will benefit the well-being of the joints.
Ultrasound heat therapy: Arthritis can be treated using ultrasound heat therapy because ultrasound energy warms the aching area(s) and then gradually penetrate the body to reach the inner tissue. The ligaments and muscle tissue usually respond well to this form of treatment, this treatment is known to provide a long lasting relief.
Diet: Arthritis sufferers should maintain a diet low in protein, milk or milk products and polyunsaturated oils should be also be avoided. An increased intake of fatty acids, flaxseeds, omega3 and walnuts will help arthritis sufferers find relief.
Change in lifestyle: eating fruits such as oranges, papaya, apples and grapes can help in treating arthritis. Go easy on tea, sugar, chocolates, spicy foods, yoghurt and fried foods, in a nutshell a change in your lifestyle can really help you find relief from arthritis.
