arthritis pain in hands! im only 16 though!?
it is like a shooting/stabbing pain right in between my knuckles of my ring and pinkie finger. it feels like my joint is stiffining and i need to crack my fingers but i cant do it. i DONT normally crack my fingers ever, i think its gross.
What could be causing this and how can i make it stop!?
by the way. it comes on probably 6 or more times a day and is there for like a constant few mins. of pain! it doesnt matter what im doing either. i could just be sitting there and it starts hurting!
